...doing what shd does best, she's a quick and tireless little unit that's for sure! I wanted to give my newest lens (Canon 70-200f/4L IS) a test with some action shots and Millie made a perfect test subject, as she just keeps on going, allowing for plenty of trial and error and plenty of images to choose from! I have to say I'm mightily impressed with the lens' focusing speed and accuracy, top marks Canon. Wonderful result from your new lens Adam. I find I can't pass up an occasional dog shot either. By coincidence I have a new Olympus (Zuiko) 50-200mm, f/2.8-3.5 lens that amazes me with it's speed and sharpness...cost me an arm and a leg and it weighs more than my camera (LOL) but is worth the bother for a great lens.

I started working with my camera to get similar shots of my new puppy who is one of those breeds that continually runs. I haven't gotten the settings quite right to stop all blur but seeing this makes me want to keep trying. Well done.
