I agree with Mark, I love the tone of your poem. The owl underscores the poem. It's a beautiful scene with the owl and the sunset (sunrise) colors. Exquisite!!

Well done with the words. I was reading about how equality among people and nations has impacted the way poetry and some of the arts are written. Interesting how things change based on our environments and societies. Cheers.
