My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Outstanding image! Fantastic eye to see this and tear yourself away from the lake long enough to capture this wonderful scene. I am using your pictures to create my itinerary for my visit this summer.

What a stunning image, Tara! It reminds me of some painter or other whose name escapes me. Magical!

WOW! WHat a sight. It looks fabulous. What strikes me most, is the lack of GRASSES. Well done Tara.

First thought in my mind is how deep the lake is about 20 feet away. We're standing on the edge of an extremely steep slope here. You've captured the magic of this place...excellent...love the late afternoon light. And not long ago, you had only a half-dozen or so landscapes in your gallery. Things do change, don't they:)
