Description

On the way to Helen we stopped at a flee market, I didnt buy anything but I did catch this little bird flying in and out of one of the stands. The attendent was chasing her out and you know I had to ask why :) She said she thought it was the same bird from last year that built a nest and had chicks and made a really big mess on her items for sale. The bird was not giving up easy or so it looked. Im not sure what kind of bird he is, I hope to look it up later tonight, anyone here know? Update: Thanks to GBCalls and morningglory for id-ing this bird as a Barn Swallow :)

Beautiful little bird. Too bad, he/she is not a little more cooperative with the lady, and move on to a safer nesting place. Excellent capture.

I have one word for the shop owner - newpaper! She would probably get a lot more business if she moved the merchandise and let the bird stay. As to your pic, stunning and excellent as usual. I really am running out of words.

Cool effects in this shot of the bird, that looks kinda Edgar Allen Poe spooky sitting up there on the rod.
