Description
This is Angel, my son's cat! The night of the burglary she was terribly spooked from about 3 hours before they striked and I do believe that she saw them when they stole some vintage wine through a slightly ajar window - the same window we leave open for the cats. She disappeared for 48 hours after the burglary. We were so worried about her as she was VERY pregnant at the time. Her kittens were born 2 days after her return - definitely premature. She has 6 babies of which 1 didn't make it. The other 5 are doing great. I shot this image the day before they were born!

I must say she has BIG eyes and so beautiful they are. I am glad nothing happened to her. I hope we will have the pleasure seeing the little babies too :-) It is such a lovely capture Carin.

The very definition of concentration. A wonderful shot of a very pretty kitty. Animals really are smarter than we are. I live in earthquake country and once, when I was getting ready for work, my cat jumped from the couch and ran to the patio door. She stood there screaming to get out. Very unusual for her. Several minutes later the building began to shake.
