This giant wooden Dog was erected by my local council as a Art project.?
The eyes light up and it's tail wags?
It cost heaps of dollars to build and guess who the lucky people were who paid for it? Mmmm! Your right.

Looks like a giant version of the dog my son made in woodshop---but I know he didn't get paid for his work!! OH, guess it's because it doesn't light up!!
