That's not so good. Nostril glow can be easily fixed either at rendering with an AO skin node or light node, or in post-work. And mouths don't look like that, lips ending before the mouth does. Lips go to the corners to the mouth, at least mine do. Not a criticism, but a suggestion for future renders. If people didn't point out the faults in my renders, I wouldn't have learnt anything, not that I have much.
