Bonjour,
I have the pleasure to submit you the new works ‘s paintings .Always around of the them “Eternal Return” ‘s F.W. NIETZSCHE and my symbolist approach.
Why alleys in town or village ? When one walk or move along to roads or motorways ,we go from point to an other point. It’s all ! It’s little. Into the alleys ,one look , one lose one’s way ,one turn and return ,… etc … With pleasure or unpleasure ,with happiness or as well suffering. The world with the life of peoples from all countries ,all believes ,all superstitions ,tragedies , happinesses, arts,….etc…The colors of the live .
I have tried to translate this idea. “ If the life don’t you love, love the life..”…..
Outcomes my yearly travels in Morocco and Egypt ,I have used my villages or little towns ‘s memories.
Eleventh painting: THE LILLITH ‘ GHOST in blue alley ( Chefchaouen town – North Morocco).
I have wanted to paint more the FIRST symbolic woman than the Lillith myth evoked in Torah and a few Bible texts ( according to the translations…..”Isaïe book” in particular – but not in canonic Bible). From the myth essentially chtonian and aerian ,but where the diabolical side take precedence too often (for me) ,I have tried to present the two sides in the nature of the personality. She is above all the free woman , created by God ( as his image male and female) and no emerged from the Adam rib .She is the WOMAN by excellence ,the one who is the heaven and the hell , the shade and the light….An alone word : the one who IS!
While here all is symbolism ,the blue alley is real .I have walked in this alley ,I have climbed the steps ,I have….STOP!All the rest is nostalgia but no painting

Technique: Hand numeric paint and fractal elements ( Apophysis)

MAGNIFIQUE JEAN !!! Ce qui m'a d'abord frappé...c'est cette porte entre-ouverte, avec son symbolisme de rédemption, de réhabilitation dans la société, de cette femme sortant d'une maison, pour gravir pédestrement cet excalier de la vie, qu'elle estime sereine (bleue)...je ne suis pas croyant du tout, mais je trouve le symbolisme évident...Oui, la femme est tout et son contraire, il suffit de la laisser vivre...et elle est alors l'égale de l'homme...pour leurs qualités et leurs défauts d'HUMAINS ! Ce n'est pas telle ou telle église qui a créé les qualités...mais l'individu HUMAIN ! Très belle peinture en tout cas...j'ai été un peu long non ?

mais ou va t'elle?sur quoi s'ouvre cette porte?pour qui est ce serpent qui siffle dans sa main?est-elle l'enfer ou le paradis?bref,une image pleine de symbole et de question,une magnifique image,bien sur!!!!

Une image magnifique à la lumière et aux textures superbes ! Une belle composition tant sur le plan formel avec ce camaïeu de bleus que la tache rouge vient magnifier que dans ses significations symboliques : on y voit deux portes, celle du bas donnant sur l'obscurité et celle du haut sur la lumière.De la porte d'en-bas s'écoule cette tache rouge qui fait évidemment penser au sang, et cela semble symboliser le plan physique, l'escalier representant alors le plan subtil ou le monde intermédiaire, la porte d'en-haut ouvrant alors sur le plan céleste ! Ces trois plans semblent d'ailleurs représentés sur la porte par les serpents. Lilith se trouve donc à la fois sur le plan physique et le plan subtil, ce qui est parfaitement juste ! Elle tient le serpent (l'Energie Créatrice) auquel on l'associe car elle représentait à l'origine "la Shakti", liée à Adam Kadmon, le "programme génèsique de la biodiversité d'une planète donnée"; Lilith est voilée car Elle est aussi "Maya" et porte sur les épaules le châle de la "tunique de peau" qui représente le processus d'incarnation sur le plan physique !! Je remarque aussi le "Rayon Céleste" qui traverse le domaine de la manifestation subtile jusqu'au plan physique...Voilà ce que je vois dans cette image qui est très belle et aussi porteuse des plus hautes significations ésotériques...Bravo pour ce remarquable travail !!

Le contraste est fort entre le sang et le serpent et la rue aux couleurs célestes qui mène à la lumière ! L'utilisation des ruelles du Maroc est superbe, ici avec cette porte décorée et ce beau bleu, je ressens de la sérénité dans ce tableau, malgré la présence du sang !

La ruelle aux couleurs bleutées, le rai de lumière, comme un spot qui invite à suivre le chemin... et par ailleurs, le sang qui coule en abondance par la porte entr'ouverte, le serpent ainsi que ses représentations sur la porte, tout semble indiquer qu'un drame s'est joué ici, et que le personnage qu'on voit, avec ses cheveux sortant du foulard, est l'âme de la victime, le fantôme de Lillith qui s'en va pour se fondre dans la lumière... Encore une oeuvre symboliste magnifique, Jean!
