Description

Well the props are all done I am just finishing the room designes. Antoer 2-3 room layouts and I think I can call it finished :-) I will force myself to finish them in the next couple of days. It has been hard doing this one since I hate everything about my new PC. I hate Windows 7, I hate Poser 8, and there are some hardware issues too. Noramally 3D is my escape from stress but now it seems to be the greatest source of stress for me. I don't think I have ever cussed at a PC as much as I do this one. On the up side it is great for playing Video Games. Not what I wanted it for at all. Guess I should have repaired my old PC and bought a freaking X-Box, saving myself a ton of cash in the process.

Fabulous work, despite the PC problems. Every try a Mac? I love mine, and crashes are few and far between. :) Excellent realism in the textures here...nicely done!

Wonderful image, great textures and colours. Having her in there provides the perspective needed to showhow big this really is. I've heard a lot about P8 and not much good.

Fantastic room. Sorry to hear about your PC problems, Mike. Mine is three years old and was a lemon, too. Everything has been replaced including the MB. So frustrating, I know.

Great models and texture designs. Would be great as a steampunk set. Sorry to hear of your PC woes. I recently upgraded to Win7Pro(64bit) with 8GB Ram and love it. So maybe it has something to do with the hardware. Games ruin a PC big time so I only play games on X-Box.

Actually I am running Windows Pro 7 with 8 gig of ram on the biggest quad core I could get my hands on and I hate it with a passion. I hate everyting about it I liked Windows 3 better and i really hated it. What was wrong with XP Pro? It was a real work horse.

Fantastic textures and presentation!!! I actually went with Vista and a i975 processor with 6 meg of RAM, and I already had an XBox 360 it is the least expensive way to go to date. I agree with you on XP Pro, we have it a t work and so far so good.

Can you install windows xp on the new machine? If most of the troubles come from the OS that might just ease your frustrations. You can probably find XP on ebay relatively cheap. Great room. I love the look and the scale.

No it has to be Windows 7 if you have a quad core or you loose the speed and power of the quad core :-(
