Description
Zlata has called together the top fae gardeners to assist Evelinne with the landscaping around her new home when it gets built. The queen feels that a house is not a home unless there is a beautiful garden and a plethora of beautiful flowers.
'What we need to have done, is make sure that we have a lot and I do mean a lot of beautiful perennials in her garden and beyond. Do you understand, Miette?'
'Yes your majesty. I will scour the area and select the finest and most colourful plants for her home.' Miette replied, thinking of all the daffodils and other bulbs she had to thin out throughout the forest. 'I know of an area that has an over-abundance of fall and spring crocus as well as other bulbs that I feel need to be thinned out anyhow. I'll select only the best'
'And I'll be looking for some easily maintained flowering shrubs that will attract butterflies and hummingbirds,' XinXin stated.
Zlata turned to Faewen, 'and you, Faewen? what will you bring?'
Faewen pondered the question for a while before she answered,'I'l bring some high-yield-seed annuals as well as good moss and mushrooms. for what fae wouldn't want some nice mushrooms growing around, not only for looks but of course for food, right?'
Zlata smiled at the enhusiasm of the three fae and knew that she had chosen wisely. they had heard of the troubles that Evelinne had endured over the last few weeks. Zlata was determined to make sure that Evelinne had a home that would withstand the worst that mother nature could throw and a place that she could invite her friends.
