Description

My small tribute to Frederick Law Olmsted the Landscape Architect of so many beautiful parks including New York City's Central Park and the Emerald Necklace in Boston. This is the famous Bow Bridge in Central Park it connects Cherry Hill with the Ramble at the narrowest part over the lake. The model is from C3D, the swans are by Noggin from DAZ, the trees are Onyx. :-D Patty, this bridge is an old and dear friend of mine. I could not tell you the number of mornings, afternoons and evenings I have rested upon its familiar walls. It is a favorite destination for taking friends when they visit the city for it reveals an aspect of Manhattan non-natives do not imagine. It is a wonderful location and a glimpse of how the entire island once was like. This is beautifully envisioned and tenderly accomplished; the details are a delight to my eyes. & how lushly you have imagined and crafted the grass. :-) This is coming home with me. Wonderfully brought to life! Terry

This is simply amazing. At first glance I thought it was a photo. The grasses are so well done, and the landscaping. Splendid atmosphere and like others said, a romantic view of Central Park. Tremendous work!
