I kept looking at this character and felt he reminded me of someone and then it struck me that he resembles Vlad Putin :) It's the eyes. Anyway, something I did before I started feeling crummy and thought I'd finished the pic and upload it... Many thanks taking the time to view my work and for the favs on my previous image.
