Description
After catastrophic computer failure, I'm finally back to trying things out. Heres my feeble attempt to create something close to the floating mountains in Avatar. Took about 15 minutes to get this far. found a tutorial. If anyone is interested i will dig the tut up.

thanks for the compliments. I read through the tut and winged it but after reading through the tut after making this i realized i hardly followed it at all. Got a weakness for floating island in the sky. Have always liked this kind of creativity long before Avatar.
