Description
The Japanese style bridge where Claude Monet painted most of his Waterlily paintings from, his most famous one "A bridge over a pond of water lilies" painted in 1899 is in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.His famous home, gardens and water lily pond was opened to the public in 1980 following restoration.Unfortunately we were a couple of months to early for the water lilies so we might have to go back!!!
