Description

I was in need for a new wallpaper, so I made myself a new one and of course something SciFi related. Original size is 4800x3000 pixels, rendertime 18 minutes :P Like very often I did something like a counterpart to my "Star Ocean Outpost Delta 4" (check my gallery) The big planet is from http://thiagochackal.deviantart.com/art/Planet-Resource-I-138720955 Thx! No, 18 minutes! MacPro, OS X Snow Leopard, C4D V11 Studio, 64 Bit, 8 real cores + 8 hyperthreading cores, 16 GB RAM. That little machine renders quite fast :) :) :)
