Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

Lol lovely story but I went red in the face reading it without a full stop and a comma to take a breath such fun was obviously had by this lady and her friends..

Oh this is incredibly brilliant. I think you've invented a new literary genre too, but I have no idea what it would be called. I laughed; I sat in amazement reading this. What an idea! What an execution. This reminded me of an aspect of the Greek language too. In Greek there is a single word for virtually everything; including things most non-Greeks wouldn't even think there was a word for. Even though this story is actually many words together, the absence of punctuation actually makes it feel like one very long, very complex, hilarious word. WOW! This is the sort of "single word" that describes a particular sort of trip. I love that! This is brilliant, funny, fun, and just flat-out cool!

Breathlessly nonstop, with no capitals, commas, colons, semicolons, apostrophes, periods, hyphens, exclamation points, quotation marks, parentheses, etc. You told me a story and now I can go to bed.

Seems like a very short trip up here.. about as long as the sentence.. :-)) But the weather is stinky so better luck on that next time.
