Not an insect that I know, but with millions of insect species on the planet, and fractals being what they are, I wouldn't be surprised if some just like this are hiding somewhere.

I have the impression of watching a close-up of a species of water spider, legs with slender, despite multiple ariculations, whose language is the electrode of an arc of static electricity, which would paralyze prey in the water ... without getting wet!SPLENDID !!!
