I make something similar but do not use mushrooms or cucumbers. I think the noodles are different too. The ones I have bought are longer and when I'm done, it doesn't look nearly as good as this. LOL Do you have a recipe for a vegetarian stir fry. I love it but it seems there is a glaze of some sort I find on what I buy here and I can't figure out what it is. Sort of a milky white... The flavor brings out the taste of the vegetables so much more than just using a generic stir fry sauce.
