Description

Hello everyone and thanks for looking in... Thanks for all the comments on my last post. After working with Poser 8 for a while and experimenting with some of it's more advanced rendering functions I wasn't as happy with the Vue image I did for Chas (chasfh) and Val's (Godin) new mermaid character. So I decided to do another piece playing around with raytraced lights and reflective surfaces. This image kind of occurred to me while messing around with a couple poses, and after finding a place setting freebie and messing with it's textures a little, here it is. I like the depth the raytraced lights give the scene, but it took all night to render. Well, what do you think? Was it worth the time and effort? Thanks again to Chas and Val for this really cool looking mermaid character, props, and textures. And a very Happy Birthday and Anniversary to Chas and his wife. Congratulations! Tom Seaview123

The textures look great, especially her tail and the reflective surface on the plate. Let's hope he's full after the steak!

She looks all too happy she's going to get eaten, but I guess some girls go for that = lol... would of loved to see her screaming as a fork comes down and the title is: "please don't FORK ME" LOL
