The lighting on this makes everything look very close to real. Super!

Nicely rendered; as a little touch for future pics; in a resting pose (this is a half resting pose) look for parts of the body you can bend or otherwise show in a relaxed position. In this case I would have bent his abdomen a bit, and tilted at least part of one foot off the ground a bit to show the lack of weight on it. It looks like you're intending him to be half sitting on the car. It's almost perfect. The mud splatter and putting the dog in there were nice touches.
