Hi, I am Barbara and live in Lincolnshire. I love nothing better than walking with my 3 dogs, (Large Munsterlanders) and taking the camera along. Iam afraid my photographic skills are not very good, I just point and click & hope for the best. Sometimes I do take some nice shots!!
I have lived with this breed since 1986, before that I had border collies. I was told when getting my first Munster, Jenna, I would become addicted and I sure was, owning 7 of this breed over the years.
Although Munsters are a working gundog, afraid I couldn't shoot anything, so we do other things like, showing, obedience and heelwork to music.
The girls are all different & I hope to show that in their pictures.
I would like to thank my good friend Janeeden for persuading me to get started.
Video's & songs for the girls can be seen on www.jendellas.com

Animals are far smarter than we are, that a blooming fact. Isn't it amazing how they do that trick with any kind of pill/capsule:-)

Great collage and funny questions Barbara. I've only seen one dog before who could eat food and avoid meds and that was a rescue poodle we had long ago named Angel.

I put a bit of butter on my dog's pills & they slide right down. Not sure that would work for you, but I'm sure glad it works for my dog.

What a scream about the pills! I use the other method..open WIDE and shove it in with my thumb! Fritz would eat anything so he is no prob..Hetty has hers, like him, wrapped in marzipan! But Buster spat out his glucosamine 4 TIMES this morning!

Kids!!! Gotta love em!! :)

Ha Ha .. my whole gang always does this. I have to cut the capsules open and squish the contents on the food then cut up the capsule into thin slices, grind the pills (vitamin B complex) and mix it all in with the food. They don't even mind the smell and taste of the Vit B! And everything gets eaten. It's the only way. Otherwise I'm having to try to push the stuff down their throats, LOL! Wonderful pictures!
