Description
The background to this image was plain white cloud so decided to have a play with textures.
My first attempt at this so would welcome any constructive critism.

Beautiful detail of a beautiful creature. I am not against digital editing but in this case, I find this background a bit distracting and it does not provide much contrast to the Parrot. Maybe something a bit brighter and less busy would work. You can try countless variations with digital editing and still leave your original unchanged. How cool is that, lol? Thanks for sharing. Lee

Actually I love this background! I think the busyness of it goes well with the bird which would otherwise be too dominant in the shot with a plainer background, so I would say you have nailed it in my opinion!
