Yes, they are rare and I bet this is the first capture of the "Rare 8 inch tall dandelion eyed snowman" he lasted about an hour then the sun came out, But at least now we know they exist right?? ( ha ha ha it helps to be a little crazy to keep from going insane) LOL !!Cheers, Roger
