Description

May 1, 2010.. We were in London the whole day. The sun shining almost all day long.. almost... at 16 pm GMT it started to rain...not just rain but RAIN. In the evening we returned to the place were we started our day in London, nearby the Big Ben and that's the place where I took this picture..The white dots are raindrops in flash light.

fantastic shot...when the rain comes down in England it Really COMES DOWN ...this really captures the whole mood' the reflections on the Wet rain drenched road and the Illuminated clock face..........love this pic...10/10.fave. Jim
