My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Super double portrait. Kids and animals - always problematic (to photograph!)

What a cool photo, Tara! Two happy guys! I think the black and white is PERFECT for this shot! Quite a coincidence - we have a great-nephew named Zander - sounds the same, just spelled with a Z. Outstanding shot!

I like the softness a lot. Bw is a perfect choice. Great compo too as Bill adore him.

Excellent photograph of this wiggler:-) I know this is the type of portraiture that cannot be posed. You have a real knack of knowing when and how to capture the just right moment. And thanks...his mom and dad will love this.

Wonderful soft effects in this portrait! Xander, an unusual name, is the name of one of the characters in the old "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" tv series

Ah the terrible twos, good times. Stellar image, very well done. The little one doesn't seem camera shy at all. Very cute subject, and Xander isn't bad looking either. {:-0

Such a lively shot! I love Xander's vibrant expression. HA! And he's a wiggler too! This is brilliant and touching and brilliant again. Superb work! I wonder if Xander is a photo-ninja in training? One never knows!
