Description

With the oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico it's beginning to be a blame game. BP is saying it's not their fault because they lease the platform from Transocean. Transocean blames Haliburton because they own the shutoff valve that failed. Haliburton is blaming BP because they are doing the drilling. I just want to see somebody with some balls to say "WE ARE RESPONSIBLE" or have all three companies do whatever has to be done and clean up the mess. But in the long run it's going the consumer who pays for the mess with higher prices in fuel, seafood and cleanup. Sorry for the rant but I had to say something Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the rant!!! It is too close to me. I would love to have a self sufficient house, technology is there.. takes more money than I have to create...

The rant is very apposite. All of them say, 'not me.' and turn away. Except that whst they do is killing future generations. I guess that's an oxymoron, because the cumulative effects could mean that there are no future generations.

excellent fractal and very much in every bodies mind.. the oil slick.. I wonder if modern technologies are improving our living standards or has the mighty dollar taken over. My husband worked in the oil industries but we had never anything happen with these kind of consequences. but this is 45 years ago.

It's looking more farcical by the minute - unlike your beautiful fractal. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1278279/BP-boss-implies-oil-slick-drop-ocean.html?ito=feeds-newsxml
