Description


The Gros Horloge is an astronomical clock dating back to the 16th century,though the movment is much older (1389). It is located in the Gros Horloge street near the center of Rouen.

Here in America, it is so unusual to see any structures from this far back and the ones we see are very rustic and basic as a rule. This is so lovely and a fabulous example of quality craftmanship. Stunning photo.
