Description

THE IMAGE - A BRIEF BACKGROUND: This image was inspired by my interest in the Society for Creative Anachronism and is dedicated to that noble organization. The titular subject of this piece is in deep meditation within the sanctum sanctorum of his liege lord, probably preparing to meet the King and... maybe a knighthood? This is not certain, so to calm his fears, the swordsman meditates on the soothing sound of the sactum's water fountain, his greatsword before him. He looks to the fountain, his mind clearing as the water cascades down... ON THE COMPONENTS OF THE PIECE: The Cloister background was created originally by Adriano Del Fabbro and Pieve di Cadore; I found in to the Elysium Poser Playground website (it, as most of my stuff, was located right here on Renderosity's Free Stuff section, if I'm not mistaken...). The wall tapestry in the background is a Gloria Gast model, where she got the image from, I'm not sure, but it's Renaissance enough for the image, so... The Swordsman's doublet is from Valandar the Red, another Renderosity freebie, as is his sword, an original creation by Darkmagi.
