Super! I recognize this as a crow, but I don't know what kind. I think it might be a "Hooded Crow" which is rather common in Russia and the parts of northern/central/eastern Europe; they're very clever birds, apparently. I love this shot, especially the sense of motion with the second crow in the background. Marvelous!
