Oh my!! Is it a Chinese celebration? Could it be the Chinese New Year?? Look, it's a Chinese Dragon, the kind you always see in the movies when there is a big parade in celebration of the New Year .. Do you see it? it's head and face is sort of center near the top .. beautiful magical fireworks and clouds of smoke .. absolutely stunning!!
