I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

a huge tribute brother. i must admit openly to my shame that i did not knew franks art. i was never involved with art before 2008 due to a blockage in my crappy childhood and my knowledge is limited to more or less this site and thet artists here. i know of course some names like the man with the ear van gogh heheh and remmy and michaelangelo, and that picasso dude lol, just common knowledge- and all the great names but i am learning indeed i am right now on frankfrazetta.org to have a look a very close look. an outstanding tribute and renderimage Rod.

OK, Rod, I had to google Frank Frazetta. Once I saw what he did for his life's work I got the feeling I knew him...even if I didn't know his name. You are right...the sword above could have been drawn by him. His influence on you is clear. The comics, the heavy metal art, the pulp fiction industry, his family and fans will all miss him. I can imagine there are scads of younger artists who now draw in the "F.F." style. Like your background of Frank's face and your mixed medium approach to the whole piece...most versatile indeed. Atta boy Rod:)

Fantastic scene and concept. Stunning!

Wonderful dedication to a great artist. I'm glad the man stuck with art instead of baseball. Frazetta defined Conan. But the funny thing was, he hadn't read any of the stories he did the artwork for.

WOW! This is spectacular Rod! Excellent pose and composition of the rendered portion and as superb post-work coupling of the photo with the render. What a NICE tribute. Though the name doesn't sound familiar the face looks familiar. I will have to look the artist up ad learn more about him. Quite likely I will recognize his work. Nice image buddy.

Nice work Rod. The golden colors of the forground contrast wonderfully with the blue background. Pretty much a classic pose from the master.

This is superb! I heard about his passing on the day that he died, it inspired an odd sort existential nausea. This is a fantastic tribute and I love the detailing that went into it. The warrior-woman's costume is perfect Frazetta to a tee. This is a great piece of work.
