I love the fuzz on the iris "tongue" .. one of the two things that occurred to me .. the other was "oh look .. it has a cute yellow caterpillar to match it!". I know silly me. Grins. I think it's the angle you took the shot. I love iris .. have some in my yard. You're way ahead of us with what blooms ..
