Oooh, this is eye-popping-good! The water/sky/cloud combo works so perfectly here. I always thought that cloudscapes/skyscapes held and inherent drama--not exactly Shakespearean but just as compelling. There's always so much to see and enjoy and with this, you've put your finger right on the very pulse of what makes this kind of stuff so exciting! That light and those shadows are amazing, and your postwork enhances what's already there: not adding or taking anything away so much as just guiding the viewer through the parts that could so easily be overlooked. I love it when photography does that, when it opens itself up like this image does. I love those clouds and the silhouetted trees and the vague fish-eye distortion. This rock!!!
