July 10, 1942 – May 16, 2010
Ronnie James Dio (July 10, 1942 – May 16, 2010) was an American heavy metal vocalist and songwriter. He performed with Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell, and his own band Dio. He died of stomach cancer on May 16, 2010.

Very sad my Beautiful the Death of this Rocker. This disease incredible and is destroyed all on its passage. An extra dedication. You have large heart and mile mercies to share your sorrows, because the need is to think of the others ((5++)) Très triste ma Belle la Mort de ce Rocker . I cried for days when I heard of the Master's passing. I saw him many times and had the honor of meeting him back in '97. He was what made me want to write music and play an instrument when i was a teenager of maybe 14 or 15...LONG LIVE RJD!!! Fantastic tribute!!! I never heard about this great legend dying. I have always loved his music with Black Sabbath and Rainbow, and solo. I have seen him in concert in 1985 and that show was excellent.
