Yes, it is the Coyote Buttes Wilderness. What can I say.... I was having sandstone withdrawal. ;~) This image was not posted in the previous series. A portion of "The Wave" can be seen in the lower right. For those curious in seeing "The Wave" in it's entirety please visit my gallery. Been behind on commenting the last day or two. I could not get too many of these! I love the different formations, one in front of another. There must be a fascinating geological story behind the formation on the right, where the patterns change dramatically. Beautiful color, depth, patterns and sky. Excellent!
