Description

I was really shocked when I heared that DIO passed last sunday... and in the afternoon I read that our Master, Frank Frazetta, died the monday before!!! :-o Both absolutely outstanding characters with tons of talent and both really heavy influential masters in their work!!! Legends... But hey, we all know: Gods never die!!! ;-) I hope you like my little hommage to Frazetta's "Silver Warrior"... ;-)

As a fan of both of them also, they'll be truly missed but live on in their respective artistic endevors. Frazetta was one of the earliest artists I truly admired and I've watched his influence on artists like Simon Beasley assure me that the style will long live on. Dio I don't think will ever be imitated successfully, no matter how much it's tried. I was always amazed that so much power came out of such a small package. I dragged out all of his old CD's the other night after hearing the news. Great dedication to both of them and excellent work on this, you've captured the essence perfectly. 10 stars if I could...
