Description

Today this is my is-land of the imagination--one of many alternative futures, and like all futures, it cannot be discounted. Global warming; nuclear winter. Two elusive poles of the same thing. Kill us in the heat, or kill us in the cold. And no alien invasion to help us. Did you see the interview with Stephen Hawking, where he pointed out that aliens are more likely than not to be hostile? No. I'm more optimistic than I seem. (Are you listening, dear Claude? lol) But today has been freezing cold, and the plasterers have been in to prepare some walls for painting. Tomorrow it will be the painters. Yesterday was the day for the masons to take out the fireplace. Yes. Choking fumes and brick dust everywhere. I expect to still be cleaning this time next year!! But I expect the results will be great. So, more information than you really need, no doubt. And the music suggestions for Pixie Pianists to play left me breathless, and sent me off to listen to all of them once again.. All are so gorgeous. And guess what? Every one fits beautifully. Anyway I hope all you Northern Hemisphere people are enjoying your wonderful summer. And thankyou for looking in on me. You are appreciated.

Awesome creation - remembers me on a volcano on an island (blue is the water around the island I think) who is throwing red and green flames into a dark sky. Very well done.
