Description

Was trying to reproduce some of those reflections you see in similar studio photos. I tried doing it with various lighting techniques none of which worked so I broke down and made a couple of large photo light softboxes so in order to reproduce the studio effect I ended up making a small studio. I guess I could have done it with an HDRI map but it would have taken longer to make a map than to make a couple of light props. FTI, for those who may be unaware, Carrara only supports real reflections, not reflection textures like those often used in Poser or DAZ Studio.

Nice job on the reflections - nailed it. Nice job on the studio too - real light rigs always work the best - and they also take the most care, which always makes a better image than some canned HDRI. Excellent.
