Description

This is an old turbine blade at Fort Loudon dam in Lenoir City, Tn. I'm always fascinated by by objects that are incidentally beautiful because their form is perfectly designed for their function. I got this shot just minutes before the white clover blossoms, which echo the clouds nicely, were mowed down. I haven't been in the gallery much while I've been in Tennessee, and I've missed viewing a lot of your pictures. I will be back in Kentucky early next week, and hope to do some catching up! I always love old machinery. And when it is on display, it is even better.
