Description
A fractal terrain here dressed with shrubs, grasses and The Noble One tree by 'Walli'. Additionally, the surface uses Ryan Archer's 'Dirt' file; and, the 'Mackeral' clouds are those created by Matt Fairclough - creator of Terragen 2. The dry shrubs were re-colored using a different color/texture file. They resemble the 'Jojoba' bush which is plentiful out here.

Don't know how you "clipped" the distribution of the plants (my guess is a mask and I have no clue beyond that) but that's what caught my eye. Also the altocumuli (clouds) are spot on! And don't take that 7th comment too seriously - he don't like us too much anymore, I suppose... Shoot, can't blame ya - I'll borrow whatever I can use.

Hillrunner used to be one of the Premier TG artists here, before he and his friends started the French Revolution and had to leave the country ;^) Guess he is back trying to stir-up a new revolt, tehehe!!! I like the wide open feel to this render Bob. The lighting and clouds are fit just perfect in this scene and compliment the plants very well, Nice work!!!!!
