Description

Inspiration from Carlos Casteneda's book "Don Juan: Teachings of a Yaqui Medicine Man." Did you ever read a book published in the 70's, "Don Juan: Teachings of a Yaqui Medicine Man"? Written by some Anthropology USC grad student; who, later published a sequel..."Further Teachings of Don Juan." Both books discussed cultural use of psychoactive drugs such as jinsom weed, marijuana, mescaline, peyote, psilocybin mushrooms, etc., for 'spiritual enhancement'... !http://ih1.redbubble.net/work.5224207.1.papergc,441x415,w,ffffff.v4.jpg! Not too long ago, I found out the whole thing was a hoax. The guy never attended USC a day in his life & Don Juan, Medicine Man never existed lol. The pic here is my tongue-in-cheek homage to the whole sordid affair ;-) !http://ih2.redbubble.net/work.5224207.1.lp,375x360,w,s,RG9uYSBKdWFuYSBpbiBMb3R1cw%3D%3D.jpg! !http://ih3.redbubble.net/work.5224207.1.poster,375x360,ffffff.jpg! Bryce6.3 & DAZ V4.2 design & settings. Thanks for viewing. Semper Feradis. SAZ PS I sold 4 prints in one day on RedBubble yesterday! HooRah!

wonderful image and concept! So cool reflections! Castaneda wrote a truckload of books, of very controversial contents.Perhaps too controversial and molesting for well stablished "straight" anthropologists and science in general..? I confess to have never read those books, only met the hippies that read them and loved them. maybe is time for me to do so?
