Digital Artist, Fine Arts background, new career now includes Web Designer. Spends 90% of my day on a computer. Must be reminded to go outside once in a while.BIOMy name is Lynne Ann Mitchell. I am a graduate of Memphis College of Art and a native of Florida. Having been traditionally trained as an artist, I have explored many mediums through the years. When I came across Renderosity on the web three years agoI feel in love. I HAD to learn 3D! All of my artistic yearnings went into the computer. It was the perfect medium for me. Not only have I been working with Poser and Cinema4D, now Ive made a career switch to web designer and now use Flash and Dreamweaver. You can view my first web site at: http://www.gb-solutions.com (now in it's second version), www.spotteddogartstudio.com and another site www.ontos.org.
I now have my own (with my husband) web gallery site: www.rabbitholeproductions.com
Models + textures are what I'm currently working on. Poser Clothes! Watch out for all sorts of new things very soon...

wow I like this alot...I was wondering how long it would take someone to do this. Nice job!

Wow. Well done. The smile is great, too.

Would you believe it only took 2 evenings.... about 2.5 hours. Mostly tweaking in Photoshop. The model was posed as close as possible to the image. The hands were nearly perfect. Everything else had to be pushed and pulled to get it to look like the Mona Lisa.

Very nice! It makes you wonder what the old masters would be doing today if they were living in our time with all the graphics tools at our disposal.

Really nice Lynne. You have recreated this masterpiece beautifully.

I believe such a smile...contains secrets. I think she knew she would become the most recognized woman of her time--reaching out into the future thanks to the genius and talent of the man who painted her. Leonardo DaVinci!

Great pic, Lynne. Now here's a question that nobody has ever answered: why hasn't she got any eyebrows? (Kidding!)

Lynne this is amazing! You are becoming one of the great Masters yourself!

This is simple excellent! Not being a total art connoisseur - and even having trouble spelling the word - I wouldn't have realised this wasn't a photo of the real thing if it hadn't been in the Bryce gallery! Weird it is, too, because I was just thinking that as far as I remembered, I'd never seen Poser used to create a recognisable character or personality (except Lara Croft - YAWN!) I'm just about to start a similar project (not Mona Lisa, though!) and if the result is half as good as this then I'll be well happy.

What I wanted to say has already been said above, so all I've left to add is this: "Amazing. Simply amazing."

The Renderosity staff doesn't offer something higher than "excellent" in the ranking menu...
