J Scott Campbell's Danger Girls are some of my favorite comics chicks of all time, and this is a tribute to my favorite of the bunch, Sydney Savage. I was playing around with getting a little bit of a Greg Horn-esque feel on this fake comic cover. I ended up making Sydney in Poser (many thanks over the years to Maxim for pose ideas, hehe) to use as a guide and then doing a *lot* of overpainting in Photoshop. A modified vacation photo is the background, and I remade the Danger Girl and Cliffhanger logos from scratch. The little Sydney in the top left bubble is from a pen n paper drawing I did about a year ago.
