Great image and good point, one of the other factors that might contribute to the problem would be massive oil spills that the dispersants AREN'T cleaning up, contrary to what BP clamims.

My first impression was "oil slick"...you should go with this issue! Think your water texture will go a long way with interested viewers...cool image!
