Many thanks for the nice comments in my former painting.
These are some speed paintings, I still dont know how people can get photorrealism just using a few of strokes.

The only way to refine your strokes is: practice, practice, practice! These are very very good speed paintings. I especially like the clean lines and the highlights on the office building. Looks to me like you are well on your way. Bravo!
