la guillotine a disparue en france il y a 30 ans a peine!!et il y en a qui encore qui trouve normal de decouper des gens en rondelles!!!pire,la peine de mort,si elle parait normale dans les dictature ou regime autoritaire,existe encore dans un pays democratique:les etats-unies;,ils pourrait la supprimer,ne serait-ce que pour eviter d'executer des innocents,comme cela arrive de temps en temps!!!!
