mmm, not sure about this version, the foreground is more interesting but i like the simplicity of the first version, jusy my opinion, still a wonderful scene

Beautiful place, I like it. If I may, I'd like to suggest two things: a) the hill side in the midground seems too artificial, it seems like a simple texture; I think it would be better to have a grass ecosystem there; b) the grass in the foreground has some problem with the shadows, I don't know exactly what but it looks a bit off to my eyes; maybe it's the lighting model that you used or maybe the result of some post, I'm not sure. These are just my opinions. :-) Anyway, this is a good work!
