Description

One more Zodiac, since it had been so long. This one is Cancer. Cancers are the consummate mothers of the Zodiac. They have a natural mothering and nurturing instinct that makes them wonderful parents, as well as friends and lovers. They are caring and very protective over those whom they care about. They can be a bit moody at times -- this sign is ruled by Water, so they are very emotional people and their feelings can be trampled quite easily. For this reason, they do not like or appreciate blunt honestly. In fact, some may react by withdrawing completely, depending on how hard of a shell they have developed. They thrive when they find security and comfort in the things that they do. They are also quite hospitable, and very dependable people. In the scene, we have a full moon in the background, since the Moon rules Cancer. Predominant color is blue, since Cancer is ruled by the element Water. Water splashes about the bottom of the image, with crabs surfacing (crab being the animal that represents Cancer) Delicate and soft stars glitter the background, as this sign is delicate in nature, and not exactly furious in action. The twisty prop in the background abstractly forms the Astrological symbol for Cancer.
