Couldn't agree more about wasted human potential. The people I work for have got into the habit of taking staff off work they are good at and placing them where they struggle to learn new skills. They like to call this 're-structuring' and it's supposed to make us multi-functional. (more like dis-functional) Well observed cartoon though. :-)
