Description
I wasn't around much at the weekend as we had to take the body of a friend to Cork to be cremated. I went on the school bus which we borrowed for the day, it took twice as long and at times, going up the hills I thought it would not make it. We sang and played guitar all the way there and back. This is a tribute our fine friends and former founder of the guitar club. Stevie is the old boy in the hat. This photo was shoot by a one of the group of local photographers capturing people and the landscape in our community which was then put together in a book "The Essence of Sneem".The lower image I did after a session with some guess musicians and represents the many different nationalities of the group!
Tonight we play for a friends 80th Birthday!
